This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who loves the rhythm of morning service and takes pride in setting the tone for the guest experience each day. What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate FOH team members to deliver warm, consistent, and high-quality service
• Ensure seamless operations through high-volume breakfast and lunch periods
• Build rapport with regular guests and foster a sense of community
• Uphold service standards and maintain an elevated yet approachable atmosphere
• Communicate clearly, coach effectively, and foster daily team morale
• Partner closely with BOH leadership to ensure a flawless guest experience

• Proven FOH management experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
• A natural leader who mentors and develops their team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Enthusiasm for early mornings (shift begins at 5:00 AM)
